Melanie Redman - social mission collaborator

Melanie Redman, the "official" line and the real story

Melanie Redman is a seasoned organizational development and strategy consultant, working with social mission organizations in Canada and the U.S.  Her background is characterized by a commitment to positive social change and supported by a master's degree in Management, Social Policy and Change from Brandeis University.  Melanie has more than ten years of direct management, consulting, research and writing experience, with expertise in strategy, policy, evaluation and technology.

"The real story is that I can't imagine doing anything else with my life.  I knew from a very young age that my life would be dedicated to fighting for positive social change.  Over the years, I've learned to be more and more strategic in the application of my talents and skills.  I'm also more selective about who I work with.  I am committed to working with organizations that are systemic in their approach to complex social problems and dedicated to addressing root cause of these issues.  In this work, I am creative, innovative and passionate."
